Try this caramel custard which is a simple recipe but with a twist. This is a healthy dessert which is kid friendly, if you can substitute the sugar with other option its better.

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 glass milk
- 3-4 tb sp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp boost powder
- 2 tb sp sugar for caramel
- one slice of bread
Put 2 tb sp sugar in a small aluminum or steel vessel and caramalise. Keep it aside.
Take 4 eggs, 1/2 glass milk, 3-4 tbl sp sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 1 tsp boost powder and one slice of bread, blend all these together and pour on the prepared caramel.(usually bread and boost powder are not used in caramel custard. but boost gives a nice flavor and bread helps to set the custard faster)
Keep it in a steamer and cook
After cooling turn the vessel upside down into a plate. Serve warm or cooled.
