- Carrot -1
- Milk – 1 cup
- Condensed milk or vanilla ice-cream – 2 tbsp
- Peel the carrot. Cut the carrot into half and cook till tender in a pressure cooker for 2 -3 vessel. let it cool.
- After cooling blend the cooked carrot, sugar, Milk and condensed milk or ice cream until smooth.
