Dosa recipe,how to make multi-grain Dosa– If your baby or kid is a dosa lover,you can make dosa more nutritious by adding different lentils and nuts.

This Dosa can be given to baby from 8 month as a finger food.

Healthy Multi-grain Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • White rice /idli rice – 2 cup
  • Urad dal/ uzhunnu dal- 1 cup
  • Green gram – 2 tbsp
  • Dal- 2tbsp
  • Badaam/Almonds- 2 no
  • Cashew nuts -2 no

You can use different grains. But make sure not more than 2 tbsp otherwise the taste will change and baby may not like the smell or taste.

Soak all the ingredients in clean water overnight.

Make Dosa batter using all ingredients with the help of grinder.

Keep the batter closed in a clean bowl for fermentation.

To make Dosa

After fermentation make Dosa on tawa using ghee.. Serve hot.

Your baby will like this yummy and healthy dosa for sure! You may serve along with coconut chutney
