Mango cream custard

Mango cream custard

  • Mango. One large – chopped
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup put it in blender and make puree
  • Milk-1 1/2cup
  • Custard powder- 4 table spoon
  • Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
  • Sugar- 3 table spoon
  • Fresh cream- 1 cup
  • Dream whip- 1 sachet
  • Mango Essence- few drops (optional)
  • Fruits and Nuts of your choice



Take custard powder in a bowl and add some of the milk. Mix well so no lumps are formed. Take the remaining milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to boil, add in custard mix and keep cooking till it gets thick. Take it off the heat and add vanilla and mix well. Keep aside. Let it cool. Take cream in a bowl, add whipping powder and mango essence and beat it till thick. Take the cooled custard in a bowl; add in mango puree and beat well with an egg beater. Chill it for 2 hours.

Note:- If you want more quantity, double the measurements. You can serve it with ice cream also
