APPLE CINNAMON PARANTHA (For babies 6Months+)
Recipe by: Aakanksha Grover.
- 1cup whole wheat flour
- 1apple grated without skin
- pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1tsp of sugar
- olive oil / ghee
Mix the whole wheat flour with grated apple and form dough, adding very less water. Roll it into a chappati form. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar and little ghee. Roll the chapati again.
On a pan heat some ghee and roast the chapati.

For 6 months to 1 year sugar should be avoided only cinnamon can be added, apple will give the sweetness to the parantha.
