Do you know cooked carrots are more nutritious than the raw one since carotenoids in carrot are more readily available to our body when cooked?

  • Carrot -1
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Sugar
  • Condensed milk or vanilla ice-cream – 2 tbsp

  1. Peel the carrot. Cut the carrot into half and cook till tender in a pressure cooker for 2 -3 vessel. let it cool.
  2. After cooling blend the cooked carrot, sugar, Milk and condensed milk or ice cream until smooth.
  3. Pour it into a glass and Serve!
