Strawberry pomegranate Smoothie for Toddlers

Both strawberries and pomegranate are nutrient dense. How about a smoothie which can fill your toddler’s tummy and also provide enough nutrients yet tasty also?

  1. They help in digestion
  2. They are rich in vitamin c and anti-inflammatory compounds, which boost antibody production and development of immunity
  3. They help in brain develop decreasing the chances of dementia
  4. May help prevent cancer


  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen yoghurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • Honey


To prepare pomegranate juice:

Cut the pomegranate and collect the seeds in a food processor. Grind the pomegranate with a little water. After blending, Strain the ground seeds and collect the juice in a vessel

For smoothie:

Put all the ingredients into a blender including pomegranate juice. Blend until combined and smooth. Pour into cups and serve immediately.
